  • Install Samba on cnx5.sites
  • share /opt/IBM/Connections/data/shared and map to X drive on cnx5docs.sites
  • for Docs and Viewer components provide local folders (C:\IBM\Docs\docs_data, C:\IBM\Docs\viewer_data) on cnx5Docs.sites
  • for webresources use X:\provision\webresources
  • for ConnectionsData use X:\

POWERSHELL
servermanagercmd.exe -install FS-NFS-Services
umount –f W:
umount –f Y:
nfsadmin client stop

REGEDIT

start cmd and create Default entry (non-existing in Windows 2008 R2):

reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ClientForNFS\CurrentVersion\Default /V LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy /t REG_DWORD /d 1

then add Anonymous UID and GID using regedit.exe:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ClientForNFS\CurrentVersion\Default
New > DWORD 32-bit – Name as AnonymousUID
New > DWORD 32-bit – Name as AnonymousGID.

Set value for AnonymousUID and AnonymousGID to 0 and base as Decimal; this will allow AnonymousUID to access nfs share as root

POWERSHELL
nfsadmin client start

CMD
nfsadmin client localhost config fileaccess=755 SecFlavors=+sys -krb5 -krb5i

mount -o mtype=soft retry=10 timeout=6 casesensitive=yes anon cnx5.sites:/opt/IBM/Connections/data/shared/Docs/docs_data W:
mount -o mtype=soft retry=10 timeout=6 casesensitive=yes anon cnx5.sites:/opt/IBM/Connections/data/shared/Docs/viewer_data Y:

In order to mount the share automatically with windows restart see above link.
