CREATE FOLDER

chmod 767 disk3/
chmod 777 disk3/ftpstuff

CREATE GROUP

groupadd ftpusers
CHANGE GROUP FOLDER
chgrp ftpusers /disk3/ftpstuff
chmod 3777 /disk3/ftpstuff

ADD EXISTING USER

usermod -a -G ftpusers ftpuser

vi /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf
